Investigation & Analysis

We are a certified floor covering inspection company providing investigation and analysis of floor covering problems and failures. We handle warranty claims due to manufacturing defects, installation concerns and failures, and legal and environmental issues.

Concrete Slab Moisture Testing

In testing moisture in concrete floors we use the following tests: Electrical Resistance Test and Electrical Impedance Test. We’re trained in these industry-standard moisture tests: ASTM F1869, ASTM F2170, ASTM F710 pH Test, and ASTM F710.

Our Process

We will: perform an on site inspection, obtain a chronological history of the flooring installation and material, list detailed observations of the problem areas, perform and record field-tests results, collect samples for lab testing, and photograph areas of concern.
